This was my second purchase at CarShop. Before this visit I used ai to compare a few similar dealerships. CarShop was the number 1 rated. Next I prompted for vehicles that met my real world Before this visit I used ai to compare a few similar dealerships. CarShop was the number 1 rated. Next I prompted for vehicles that met my real world needs. The results were compared to vehicles available at the other dealerships used earlier. CarShop again came out on top. I scheduled a visit for the top vehicle on my list of 3. Kyle Cuneo, my Sales Consultant, was very informative, immediately notified me of an instrument cluster problem which CarShop would repair/replace. I test drove, all good & returned to finalize the purchase. Very smooth, no pressure whatsoever to purchase anything else. If I wanted or not made no difference. That’s the way it should be. Everything proceeded, I got a financing rate that was perfect with $0.00 down. By the way…. I was totally upfront with my plans & NONE of that was used against me. Next Kyle introduced me to John Davis a Service Advisor to arrange for the instrument cluster repair. Totally hassle free 100%. Honestly, I don’t think I would go to another dealership in the future.
