The good side to this was my sells rep Erika . She was very straightforward. I would tell anyone to ask for her when they go there. When I first saw the truck there it was a Monday and I called and She was very straightforward. I would tell anyone to ask for her when they go there. When I first saw the truck there it was a Monday and I called and spoke with a gentleman who then emailed me a form to fill out. He said I could call him back if I had any questions and he would be there till 8 p.m. I filled out the paper and called back less than 10 min. Then was told he left for the day. It didn't make sense but ok. This guy told me the truck was on the lot and he needed $500 to hold it for me while I start the buying process. He made me very uncomfortable cause he was trying to pressure me for the 500. I never felt that way before and been buying cars a long time. I knew I was not going to give in. So I said I was going to call the next day. When I did now I was told the car went to a auction. At this point I am totally convinced this business is a scam. The following week on my way to a different dealership I went back on Carshop and seen the truck called and spoke with Erika and she was awesome and I got what I wanted from the previous week. The other bad thing is my mirror is not working properly and I was told I couldn't get in till March 1. I got the truck on the 18. My business is on the road driving so I need this mirror fixed. I'm just missing money waiting for the appointment. Other than these 2 issues I have no complaints. Remember Erika Hess is the Best. More

The Jeep Cherokee Latitude impeccably clean. I elected to drive around the lot, rather than rush hour traffic, which was all the test drive I needed.
