My fiancée purchased a 45k plus Range Rover from Car Shop and towed there for service - she also purchased 5k worth of warranties - spoke with service writer Eric - worst conversation ever - transferred to H and towed there for service - she also purchased 5k worth of warranties - spoke with service writer Eric - worst conversation ever - transferred to Henry who said can't even preform a diagnostic for 2 weeks - fix is a quick reset - 20 min - I am part owner at a dealership in Philly - this place is horrible - hedged made excuses and worst attempt at service ever - hoping owner actually reads these reviews and calls to help Unacceptable - please do something to save the reputation of your service department More
I brought my vehicle to Carshop Glen Mills the week of 3/11/24 to sell. They quoted me one number and then the next time I returned on 3/14/24 they quoted me 2k less. I don't understand how buying a car at CarShop isn't the new "norm". Honestly, the car buying experience was a total 180 from all the other experiences I have had making vehicle purchases. I requested pictures of the interior from your site and email . I did not receive any pictures and after 2 days I went on the dealers site the car was sold. Adela was extremely calm, helpful and made me feel at ease as I made the decision to buy my first car. I saw the car I ended up purchasing online, and made the decision to walk in and try a few other models as well. Everyone was very kind, and didn't make me feel any pressure to make a decision or make me feel uncomfortable in anyway which is what I was most afraid of looking for a car. I couldn't be more excited about my new car, and my partner (who purchased his car from a traditional dealer in 2018) was so impressed he said that he will be purchasing his next car here as well. Best place I’ve ever bought a car from and I’ve been to a lot of them. No haggle, up front pricing, no bait and switch at all. Good prices too. They offered me a great price for my trade originally, but they went out of their way to find me more money for it and gave me another $500 on top of their original offer on their own! No other dealer has ever done that for me, they’ve always haggled me into the lowest they’ll pay for my trade and carshop offered me more! Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
Very accommodating and quick responding salespeople. El Persons and Brian Lange worked together with us to make sure the car we were looking at was available for us to look over even before going throu El Persons and Brian Lange worked together with us to make sure the car we were looking at was available for us to look over even before going through the extensive process that CarShop uses for inspection, touchup/fixing, and detailing. Definitely will look to them again for our next car shopping needs even though it's about 190 miles round trip for us! Local dealers just haven't got this level of service and inventory. More

A friend told me about this dealership which turned out to be a blessing. I contacted CarShop on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a snow storm. Sales Representative Syndi Cruz contacted me right away with my request to see several cars one of which was from another dealership. Syndi was very helpful and VERY COURTEOUS. She answered all my questions. If she didn’t know the answer she went out of her way to find the answer. She even arranged for another employee who was familiar Toyotas to explain all the bells and whistles on the car. Syndi wasn’t going to be there the day I could make it so she arranged for sales representative A----A to meet with me. The reason this isn’t a 5 star is because sales representative A----A was very rude. I asked her if I could play my music from USB memory stick to the cars sound system. (I had just given up my car which still had cassette and CD). She replied “that’s very old school. Nobody does that any more. They use their phone”. I said I don’t have music on my phone. She said she didn’t think the memory stick be done. Syndi did find out that it could be done. And then to end the whole rude episode she had me wait for 25 minutes with no contact. I finally got up and went to the front desk and told them I was waiting for 25 minutes and could they have Syndi call me the following day. The front desk apologized for the 25 minute wait. As I was walking out the door, A----A comes out to apologize. Too late for that. It just ruined the whole car buying experience. I recommend this dealership, but deal with Syndi. More
