I really hope this helps someone out there. I bought a car for my son for his first car. I wanted something safe and reliable and obviously I wanted something that was not previously wrecked. I was between 3 cars and asked the salesman if any of these cars have been wrecked or damaged before. He relied "No we don't even sell cars like that". Well that was an outright lie. I went to service the car at a dealership after purchasing and low and behold it was wrecked before. This is absolutely disgusting. If you think Car Shop is any different than any used car lot, its not. They are the same as the used car lot you see along the road here in Pittsburgh. At least those lots are honest about it. I guess they think that since the make fancy commercials, websites, and advertisements it makes them different but they are not different than any other used car lot. They lie, they talk over you and they do anything to get the sale. Mike the manager was of no help when I spoke to him. He just kept repeating himself. BUYER BEWARE. They are horrible and I would not shop here ever. Do not trust anything they say. More
