I brought my 2008 Chevy Silverado in for an oil change .I was there I mentioned that the moldings on the passenger side doors was peeling off and could they fix this problem before they fall completely off. was there I mentioned that the moldings on the passenger side doors was peeling off and could they fix this problem before they fall completely off. After waiting for a while my vehicle was ready and the service desk informed me that the problems with the moldings was not covered under warranty. I don't under stand this policy ? When I purchased the truck I paid more than I would have for a base model but not all of the options are under warranty. I have never had this problem with any vehicle I have ever owned that was under a bumper to bumper warranty . These moldings are located between the 2 bumpers. You state that the tire pressures are all checked when you get an oil change and the fluids are all toped off. I purchased a synthetic oil change to the tune of $73.00 Before I arrived at Carsense that day my tire pressure information monitor came on and indicated that my left front tire was low . Knowing that I was stopping in for an oil change and that the tire pressure is part of that service I left it go . Well after the oil and paying the $73.00 bill I got 2 miles from dealership and my tire pressure indicator came on to inform me my tire was still low. No one ever checked the tire pressure in any of the 4 tires . Although I paid for that service and did not receive it ! NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR WITH SERVICE . The gentleman ay the desk and the cashier were very polite and a pleasure to deal with . the quality of service left much to be desired ! More
My wife and I had an AWESOME experience at CarSense, even with our already bored 3 year old son. Jamie understood our situation and put us in exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. This was my first buying experience. My husband usually talks the deals with car purchases. I was completely comfortable working with the Car Sense staff. I could not make a decision and the sales team did not push me into making a "snap" decision. I have been back to the dealership for a key issue and was taken care of immediately. The waiting area for service if VERY comfortable. I have never been this happy with any purchase I have made. I was excited to tells others about my experience at Car Sense and encouraged family member to go there for their next auto purchase. More
spoke with Brandon three times during the day about purchasing a Buick Lacrosse. I spoke with him on the drive to Cranberry to let him know approximately when I would be arriving. Brandon contacted me three minutes before I arrived to say the car had been purchased . As a professional courtesy I expected Brandon to let the next customer know he had a potential buyer for the Lacrosse and he would contact them upon my decision. Brandon suggested placing a $500.00 deposit to hold the car. Since the initial contact was over the internet; giving credit card information to company I was not familiar with violated security recommendations. I am very disappointed in trusting CarSense and the customer service was the absolute worst. More
I had a great experience with CarSense in Cranberry,PA. Christian was my sales consultant. He was very professional and followed through on everything that he said he would do after the deal was complete. While working with Christian, I was also contacted by Ryan, the General Manager for the dealership. Ryan contacted me to inquire about my experience with Christian. Ryan spent an additional 15 minutes with me on the phone. In doing so, he answered every question that I had regardingthe vehicle I was considering for purchase. I have already recommended a friend to CarSense in Cranberry. I will definately purchase from them in the future. More
Car Sense was recommended to me by a friend. I went to the car lot and was greeted by a friendly, no pressure sales associate. I was looking for a used car that would last me for the next 8 to 10 years. Carsense allowed me to search from a huge pool of cars from any location so that I was able to be as picky as I wanted. They also encourage you to use their powerful website to narrow the search from your own computer.
