We had a great experience with Car Sense. Everyone was very friendly and accomadating. Michael was very nice and informative. He remembered my daughter and I from an earlier visit. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He even came in on his day off to show my husband and finish the paperwork with us on the car we bought. Quiet impressive. The only down side was that we wanted to pay in full for the car with our home equity line of credit visa card and Car Sense would not take it so I had to drive home to get checks for the line of credit. It was not a deal breaker. I will buy our next car from car sense I am sure of it. More

I identified a few cars on-line that we wanted to check out prior to our visit and let the dealer know. We drove 3 of the 4 cars we had identified, but we weren't feeling the mojo. After a few minutes of scanning their website with the salesman's help, we picked out unit #5 and drove it home that afternoon. RElatively painless experience. You could likely negotiate a better price at a traditional dealer, but if you're the anxious type (I'm not), this is an easy purchase situation. The warranty is decent for a used car place. More
