Superior Car Buying Experience I had a superior car decision-making/purchasing process at Car Sense. To my surprise, I was allowed to test drive the vehicles alone on whichever rout I had a superior car decision-making/purchasing process at Car Sense. To my surprise, I was allowed to test drive the vehicles alone on whichever route I chose. This was not the experience I had at Enterprise Car Sales, where they made me feel as though I was a liability vs. a customer. When I mentioned Car Sense as a buying option to the Enterprise Dealer, they immediately asserted that Enterprise dumps their sub-par rental vehicles to Car Sense and that I would surely be buying one of these inferior rentals if I were to do business there. Luckily, James Hendricks was on staff and able to assuage any uncertainties I had on the lot when first being introduced to Car Sense. He assured me that a small, insignificant percentage of Car Sense vehicles were once rentals and that the Enterprise salesman who told me such information was incorrect (whether intentional or unintentional). James did an admirable job of keeping the process relational, as opposed to transactional, and treated me with kindness, respect, and my best interest at heart. He truly went the extra mile for me in every aspect of the transaction and was the reason I drove out of the car lot that day with a Car Sense vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my Hyundai Sonata after three months of ownership. On the way home from the dealer, my father checked the glove compartment and saw that there was a complimentary traveler's Bible located at the very top of the car's information and references. When my recently employed, college graduate daughter asked me to go with her because she was thinking of buying a car, I was expecting a long day because the brands she was mentioning were in dealerships scattered all over western PA. Our first stop was a place I had never been, Car Sense of Cranberry. It was a huge surprise because all of the brands of cars that she wanted to test drive was on their lot. They were all low miles, top quality, and appeared excellently maintained. The sales people were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. Nobody rode with us when we went for a test drive. The sales people weren't on commission and the prices were low with no lagging required. I truly was amazed with this place. After watching my daughter sign for her own car for the first time, I came back within a month developed a fast friendship with Monty Buehler and he help us find the perfect SUV for my wife. Within a few months, my personal car was hit and totaled. I was now in the market for a 3rd car. I called Monty and told him. He knew I liked SUVs with lots of amenities. Days later, the perfect SUV came in on the truck. He called me before it was even unloaded. It's nice having a friend in the car business. Monty Buehler treated us like family. PERFECTION! I saw the car I was interested in on the internet and called them, walked in at 6, test drove the car and drove away less than 2 hours later in a car I saw the car I was interested in on the internet and called them, walked in at 6, test drove the car and drove away less than 2 hours later in a car with less than 10,000 miles on it. I had no intentions to buy that night, but the deal they got me wouldn't let me walk away...my credit is WAY less than perfect, and I got 5% less than I hoped for and 8% less than I would have expected! I have been driving my car for about 8 months now and still love it as much as I did that night. Can't imagine going anywhere else for my cars from now on! More
