Bad "executive decision " by sales manager. Christina called me at 9:15am,I told her the car I wanted,she took my info and started the process. A couple of hours later,she called me back,loan ap Christina called me at 9:15am,I told her the car I wanted,she took my info and started the process. A couple of hours later,she called me back,loan approved for that particular car. We set a time to pick it up. About two hours later,she called,said someone was test driving that car and I should put a deposit down. I gave her my CC info,she said "congratulations on your new car". Hour and a half later she calls me and said the people wanted the car,and the sales manager sold it to them. I was obviously there first,but the sales manager was too much of a coward to tell these people to their face that the car was sold. I would never deal with these backstabbers,and I hope others learn from my experience. BTW,no one in upper management ever contacted me with an apology. More

Quoted a price and didn't honor it Cranberry PA dealership quoted me a price. While signing I noticed my payment went up $40 more a month than previously agreed upon. I was basically to Cranberry PA dealership quoted me a price. While signing I noticed my payment went up $40 more a month than previously agreed upon. I was basically told that there was nothing they could do and if I didn't like it too bad. Watched them shred what paperwork I had began to sign and walked out. Will never refer this place. Also, they may not haggle the price but they still pressure you which is part of the reasons people hate dealerships. They creep up on you and call you constantly. No haggle but certainly harassment. Bunch of clowns! More

When we stopped here we had no idea that their sales team do not work on commission and pricing is what it is. Can I say, what a relief! Now after 35 years of vehicle purchases being stressful it has finally ended, someone (Car Sense) has stopped the stressful insanity. For that I am so grateful. I'd like to mention that our sales person, Steve Ball was the perfect match for us. He listened to us, more so to me because the car is primarily mine. He never tried to push us into test driving any car or push us into his "box" of the perfect car. He was just there to answer questions, guide us, and hand us the keys. I found my dream car, purchased the additional warranty and I was very well taken care of. Which brings me to the service dept. You're greeted by the pretty smiling face of Amy Nemeth who's knowledge of cars could fight a good fight with any gear head. I'd recommend cloning Amy because she seems to do it all! She's at the desk, she takes the calls, she makes the calls to explain what's going on with your car, she runs out to talk to the service, she researches prices for parts etc. I don't know how she does it but I hope that this dealership truly appreciates the gem that they have in Amy! We are so pleased that we sent my daughter and husband to purchase their vehicle this past month. Bottom line: Car Sense in Cranberry is a GEM, we appreciate all of you! More
