The dealer ship it self is nice. But the service mechanics suck. Last time I got an oil change they tried selling me an air filter. Didn't need it. Made it half way home and my front brakes starte mechanics suck. Last time I got an oil change they tried selling me an air filter. Didn't need it. Made it half way home and my front brakes started squeeling. They were bad and needed changed. A real mechanic would have tried to sell me pads and rotors cause they would have been checked. This time I took it and I got a phone call cause the back ones were squeeking. The service rep said that they don't take the wheels off during a 21 point inspection. Ok. That's fine. But if they would have looked at the envelope that my keys were in for the over night box. They would have seen it was marked for a tire rotate. So if they actually would have been rotated like requested, then the wheels would have already been off. So for now on when I bring my vehicle in. It will only be for an oil change. And that's only so the warranty can't be voided. Everything else I'll just keep doing myself since I see that service can still be unreliable. Thank you More
