The sales associates were laid back and not pushy. I enjoyed that I was able to test drive the vehicle by myself and take it home for an hour to go over the vehicle with my spouse. The entire process I enjoyed that I was able to test drive the vehicle by myself and take it home for an hour to go over the vehicle with my spouse. The entire process from beginning to end was better than I have ever experienced at a dealership. The total time spent at the dealership was under two hours! Randy and Matt are both excellent to work with in the service department. They communicate extremely well about the problems and solutions for the cars when they are brought in for service. The only thing that I wish were different is the diagnostic charge of $129 which can be done for less at some parts stores. Their charge for other maintenance services is quite reasonable and competitive, and they always have been honest in their dealings with me. That has saved me money in the long run! I have three cars that I regularly have them service, and I will continue to have them looked after at CarShop. More
