Pros: Jay Gaitan was an absolute superstar!! I never felt any pressure to purchase the 2010 Yaris, even though he knew that I wanted it. I just wanted to wait 24-hours to decide, which he understood. I appreciate the fact that Jay did not do a hard-sell. He was also very knowledgable about the trade-in process and about the car I wanted (Toyota Yaris). While he encouraged me to consider other manual cars; he knew and respected that I was focussed on the Yaris, which was very inexpensive. I thougtht that Jay was quite personable, easy to talk to, easy to ask questions of, and professional. He is definitely someone who I would recommend to friends that are interested in buying cars. I also liked how the guys seemed to get a long with each other and supported each other...down to finding sugar for my hot tea! There was no battle for customers, which created a comfortable setting. Thank you Jay and team!!! Cons: Christianity and Political Stuff. I heard about the bible in the glove compartment of the car and was expecting it. As an open-minded atheist, I have absolutely no problem with Christianity; it's your company and I respect how it's run. My bible, however, has already been donated to a local charity. But Fox News playing on the only TV in the waiting area, with a note saying that the channel cannot and will not be changed? Seriously why don't you have "We hate President Obama and Democrats" signs posted around the waiting area too? Excuse my sarcasm but I found this extremely offensive. President Obama is this great country's President, whether we like it or not; consequently he deserves our respect. Airing Fox, and only Fox, is an offense to his position as President and, in my opinion, is unpatriotic. In this regard, CarSense reeks of hypocrisy. And Carl Sagan's CONTACT in the waiting room didn't impress me either. Sure there there were some magazines, but not much. What about having copies of TIME, Reader's Digest, or People around? Show PBS or ESPN Sports on TV instead of Fox, anything but that right-wing channel (which airs graphic news about crime and violence). With the kids play-area adjacent to the waiting room, I thought CarSense would be more sensitive to something like this. And why not have Dr. Seuss, Highlights, or FamilyFun magazine around for kids to read, while their parents are buying a car. The waiting room should be welcoming to everyone of all beliefs and backgrounds. After all, I'm buying a car, which should be an exciting experience, not a political one! Thank you! More

We bought a Lexus RX350 six months ago. We were turned off by the Bible in the glove box deal, and when we saw it, we sent it back with our salesman. I do not want to sit in a waiting area and have anyone's politics shoved at me, so I made a mental note to make sure that network would not be airing when I took my vehicle in for service. So, my husband called last week and made an appointment for an oil change. We were going to wait for the car, so he asked about the TV in the waiting room. He was told that ONLY Fox News is ever played in the waiting area. He promptly canceled the service and told the appt. maker to tell management we would never return, since Fox is not news, it is right-wing propaganda. We went to out local service station, got our oil change, and had no politics as part of our service. So, I'd say that if you prefer to not have politics mix with your oil change, stay away! Leave religion and politics out of my car buying service. I will never recommend anyone purchase a car here (Exton Carsense). Oh, one more thing: when my mechanic did my oil change, he also rotated the tires. He came out and told me that it was obvious that no one had ever rotated the tires and the lug nuts were actually corroded. Carsense doesn't bother to check this area before they sell a vehicle?? Sloppy, if you ask me. More

We purchased a car from Car Sense 12 years ago. It has been a fantastic car. Our mechanic says that it should never have lasted that long! It has finally come time to purchase another car. Finally we went back to Car Sense and wonder what took us so long to come back; they are wonderful! Great cars at a great price with great service. Both Jay and Jeff were fantastic! When one was not there, the other would be there to help us. We never felt like an orphan when Jeff had a day off, Jay just picked up and helped us out without any problems at all! Cars are too expensive. I am unwilling to pay the stupid prices for a new car. Car Sense offers wonderful cars and excellent prices and reasonable financing alternatives! We will be back...in 12 years! More
