My experience proved to me that this is a business that prides itself on maintaining a reputation of distributing quality vehicles with impeccable service. I also felt very confidant in my purchase because they are so knowledgeable and can answer any questions. When test driving, my husband and I thought we heard a "noise" when we accelerated; so Kevin had a someone from service outside and in the car with us test driving in moments. Our experience was amazing. Heard from friends about the great deals at Car Sense. Checked out the website. Our choice was either a Wrangler Jeep or a Mini Cooper. Received an email within 1/2 hour. Received a personal call from Ryan King inlater that evening, troducing himself and how he can assist us. We were approved. Ryan set up an appt to introduce himself in person along with the Mini. 2 days later, we pulled into the dealership and there was the Mini.... Within 2 hours, we were driving home with our new Mini. Ryan was professional, honest and we felt very confortable with him. Ryan went into detail about the car. Went over the options of bumper to bumper warranty, which we choose.
