I really liked the personality of our salesman. He was very helpful in helping us choose the car we really wanted and a car that fit our needs. Salesman needed to pay more individual attention to current customer. Paperwork was very slow, after making our decision we came back another night to pick the car up and do the paperwork which took 3 hours, we got financing on our own and we had everything ready when we got there but we were left alone in a cubical for a very long time. The experience from beginning to end in no way resembled my previous experience car shopping. I was very unsure of what car I selected once I arrived to the lot and saw all of the options in their inventor my previous experience car shopping. Ryan was very patient and understanding and made sure my needs would be met and I'd be 100% satisfied with whatever decision I made, even if that meant walking away. I didn't feel pressured one bit and when I made my choice I was met with patience for any of my expectations on service and options. This is a great dealership. The sales people are friendly but never made me feel pressured. All of my questions were answered and I felt respected when I left, unlike other dealers who treat women differently than men. When I found that the vehicle I was interested in was located at a different Car Sense, they arranged to have it brought to the Uwchlan store with no problems or additional charges and made sure the car was washed and inspected before we left the lot so we would not have to make a second trip. Financing was a breeze as well. All in all, a great experience. More

We went to Carsense to get my first new (used) car. We were greeted at the door and immediately helped. We told Jay exactly what we were looking for and what our price range was. Another thing I really liked about this dealership is that they weren't pushy for us to buy like a few other dealerships were. They kind of just said here it is, these are some of the reasons why it's such a great fit for what your looking for, enjoy your test drive. A few days after I got the car I realized there was an outlet that did not work. I called and was able to get my car to get looked at two days later. They quickly fixed the problem and I was done within an hour and a half. I have already recommended this Carsense to two of my friends who are looking for cars. We plan on trading in another car we own we in few months and there's no question that this is where well be going to do it. More

I was in a car accident and my car (that I had also purchased from Carsense - not even 2 years old) was a total loss. I picked out a vehicle online on a Friday, Ryan promptly assisted me with the credit application and financing, and on the following day I drove my new car home. A 2012 Honda, used with only 4100 miles on it! Not only did Ryan assist me in finding a replacement vehicle in less than 24 hours, but he let me know about my eligibility for refunds on the warranty and gap coverage that I had purchased on my old car. A $1000 refund that I would not have even known about until he brought it to my attention. Also, I was able to get a 10 year 120,000 mile warranty on my new car. I think the biggest draw for me the first time I shopped at Carsense was the "no haggle" policy. I hate haggling! I will probably return to Carsense for all of my car purchases in the future, as well as my husband. More
