This is the first car I ever purchased on my own. I knew what I could afford and basically what I was looking for. Jay approached me on the lot and asked if he could help. He was very personable and knowlegable. After test driving I left that night with my new car. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I was given a tour of the service department and a demo of the car I was purchasing. All questions were answered and I felt very comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The car was exceptionally clean like it was brand new and all transactions handled professionally. Jay was "no pressure" at all times. Michele went above and beyond with the recent purchase of my new vehicle. We started the process in the morning and she stayed over 2 hours past her shift to finish the sale. Cory did an awesome job getting all the keys my wife chose for the cars she wanted to drive.Spoke to the various features and benefits of each vehicle and helped us make an informed decision.
