After arriving at about 8pm, I took the car for a test drive and finished all the paperwork in less than one hour. Picked the car up the next morning with my tag and insurance changed. Was the easiest no-stress car buying experience of my life. And what a value for a 3-year old car with less than $15,000 miles! Jim Farrell was my salesperson and was awesome. He was very clear on everything the car had to off as well as the dealership. Kevin's manager made every single repair that we requested without a single question. Kevin followed up with every request personally and at no time did I feel any loss of communication. After driving the car for a week we had found other small issues that we requested to be corrected. Jacki Hill was very good about communicating my requests to the service team and we had everything fixed in a very short amount of time. Everyone at Car Sense did a fantastic job.
