The sales reps (in my case, Ryan King) seem to be genuinely interested in helping customers find the recent used vehicle that is right for the purchaser's needs and budget. There also seems to be a good inventory of product on hand. My only reason for just giving an "OK" for "quality" was that there were several fairly large upholstery spots on the seat of my car that more thorough detailing may or may not have been able to eliminate. Because I picked up a different vehicle than I test-drove, I did not see this until I got home. But, of course, I also recognize that it is a used car. Again, I would recommend Car Sense and Ryan King to others. In fact, I have already done so. This is the second purchase I have made through Car Sense. I went to Car Sense to sell my son's 2012 VW Tiguan, which he could not use because he is stationed overseas with the Air Force. Ron offered me the best deal for the Tiguan.
