STICKER PRICE $2,000 LESS THAN ACTUAL COST! - There on the window, a professionally generated sticker price of $17,999, NOT $19,999. DON'T YOU THINK THEY SHOULD STAND BY THEIR STICKER PRICE??? - There on the window, a professionally generated sticker price of $17,999, NOT $19,999. DON'T YOU THINK THEY SHOULD STAND BY THEIR STICKER PRICE??? CAR NONSENSE! - My husband and I found a great deal and were ready to buy. We mentioned to our original salesperson that the STICKER PRICE was much lower than the price on the website. He said, "YOU WILL GET THE LOWER PRICE." - However, the 2nd sales person (Our sales person was busy) said the PRICE ON THEIR WEBSITE, $2,000 more, was the price of the car! They made the mistake, not us. We walked out. More
Yup, I'm the one that had a bad experience. I waited 3 months before I posted, why, because I wanted to see how the car would do more than a few days after the purchase. I know, every review sa I waited 3 months before I posted, why, because I wanted to see how the car would do more than a few days after the purchase. I know, every review says this place is great, the no haggle prices are the best, the sales people are awesome and the warranty on the used cars is the best in the industry. Well, I'll share my experience and with a little luck, maybe your "turn" won't come up and you will have a great deal. It all started with my trade in. I had a Hummer H3 and I knew it had some issues, there were a couple of codes that came up on inspection that needed to be fixed, but not thousands of dollars issue, maybe less than a couple of hundred dollars. I found a car I liked at CS, but the appraiser there told me my H3 was only worth $300, that's not a misprint, they told me three hundred dollars. The vehicle was in very nice shape no damage, just the code issues that needed to be addressed. I was furious and insulted over their trade in offer. The person checking my car spent about 15-20 mins and came up with the $300 offer. I walked out of the dealership, the salesman chased me out to the parking lot asking me to change my mind. Now, I called WeBuyAnyCar,com a few days earlier and was told up to $6000 for the H3. I made an appointment and spent an HOUR and a HALF with the appraiser there. He checked the paint, the body, the interior, tires, bumpers and yes, the engine. He told me the same things I already knew about the code lights and how they should be fixed. I walked out of there 30 mins later with a check for $5340.00 But there was only one problem. Now, I had no car! Against my better judgement, I went back to Car Sense and bought a Kia Sorrento. I had my own financing so they could no play games with that either. After being treated like garbage, you would have thought that would make it up to me somehow. Nope. So shame on me, I still bought the car because I had no vehicle. If I could have walked away and went somewhere else I would have, but I was with out a car and needed one. So a few weeks later, I started hearing a "PING" noise from under the car. I figured great, now I got treated like crap at the sale, the service should be worse. I left the car for a day and of course no one heard anything, so I agreed to leave it for a few more days. FINALLY after 2 more days they heard the same thing I did! They determined that it was an exhaust system issue. I asked if they would replace the system with new parts and I was told no, they would "take the exhaust off another Kia model just like mine and swap it"....Really??? So much for that great warranty they offer. Then I was told that the other car that parts were being taken off of, would get a new exhaust system. What was I going to do? I need a car to get to work, this place was over 30 minutes from me too. So now, 2 1/2 months later the PING Noise comes back every now and then, I'm going to live with it, I have no choice as I exceeded the mileage portion of the warranty. I reached out to KIA and that issue is not covered on the their extended warranty. So, now it's 3 months after I bought the car and here is the newest issue. Every time it rains, my car smells like the interior is wet, like water has gotten into the fabric somehow and it SMELLS. So basically, I'm screwed. I'll have to throw money into this , to find out what is wrong. The Kia Sorrento is a 2014, I thought I was getting a better than decent vehicle with not a lot of miles on it, but instead I get another headache. I certainly will not go back to Car Sense for anything ever again. Like I said, they have a ton of great reviews, but for some lucky reason, I had to be the one that bought the car with problems and dealt with the bad staff. More

Good & Bad Received a good deal on the car I purchased, unfortunately it was offset by meager trade allowance ($1,500+ below book value). I recommend selling yo Received a good deal on the car I purchased, unfortunately it was offset by meager trade allowance ($1,500+ below book value). I recommend selling your current vehicle privately to avoid the disappointment of a lowball, non-negotiable trade appraisal. Also, car only had 1/2 tank of fuel on delivery. As a customer courtesy, CarSense should top-off tank like most every other dealer. Otherwise, overall experience was positive. Car was detailed, ready to go when I arrived for test drive appt. Salesperson was experienced, professional, knowledgeable & didn't waste my time. Minor cosmetic issues were taken care of at no cost to me prior to vehicle delivery. CarSense prides itself on late model, low mileage, one-owner & off-lease vehicles. They guarantee no dings, dents or scratches, offer a 6-month bumper-to-bumper warranty & lifetime engine guarantee (w/regular maintenance). Great peace of mind, no worries! More
Mixed reviews My wife and I bought our first used vehicle from Carsense. We went back and forth on our decision to do business, many because of the "no haggle" pri My wife and I bought our first used vehicle from Carsense. We went back and forth on our decision to do business, many because of the "no haggle" pricing policy. I found the same car (year, colors, features) with less miles priced about $1600 less elsewhere. We chose to go with Carsense because they were closer and Greg, our salesman, was great to deal with. The car delivery experience for us was not acceptable. We arrived to the dealership at an agreed time/date to find out that there were 2 other deliveries happening at the same time. I certainly give Greg all the credit in the world to juggle 3 deliveries at the same time, but it did dilute the customer service experience for us. 3 1/2 hours later the paper work was finished and we were on our way. I was very surprised when no one reviewed the features in the vehicle with us. The keys were handed to us and that was it. We we had to learn on our own by reading things on-line and watching You Tube videos. I was also surprised of the condition of the vehicle. The interior was immaculate! Very happy to see that! But the exterior was not detailed. The car was not washed, windows were not clean, etc. It was very difficult to go over the vehicle to check for flaws. We love the guarantees of no dents and scratches, but there was no way to confirm that. I had to detail the car myself when I got home, only to find a few scratches. I also found a broken chrome fitting piece for the front fog light. We love the car we purchased, and appreciate how hard Greg works during the car buying process. I can't fault him for our total experience. More
