I bought a car from this dealership (without getting it checked out, my mistake for sure). They sold me on the vehicle and refused to give wiggle room on the vehicle as it was close to KBB value. Great I'm getting a good car at value, (or so we thought)! My first warning was an engine light two days later, 2nd warning get is that we couldn't pass the omissions test due to a missing part. Haha a missing part isn't the worse problem. A week later we got it checked out and there was a cracked in the transmission, and a seal broken behind the transmission. So there was a recorded, checked by two separate locations, repair cost around of $8000-9000. This is on top of my 7200 loan not counting cash I paid as a down payment to the dealership. Absolutely terrible, meanwhile my family had to deal with this while I was away. Pregnant wife and two toddlers trying to figure out what to do, wife called CARSTAR and got the real quick reply of as is. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. 3 THINGS TO REMEMBER: 1. Carstar gives no f $!@S about you just the dollar, so get your vehicle checked out before purchase. 2. Don't post a review until you've had the vehicle a month at least, they offer you a gift card or cash for a 5 star review before you leave. You don't believe me look at every 5 star review on all sites haha, hustlers to the core. 3. Don't surrender so quick to the availability look around there are many dealerships that I want to do business with you. More

The price for my cars was great, and the interest rate they got for me is very good. I definitely recommend this dealer. They got my business today and for sure in the future. I must say my experience was great. They worked with me on in house financing, Rashid and the whole Carstar Family was great. After only seeing me a couple of times they never forgot my name as I paid my c on in house financing, Rashid and the whole Carstar Family was great.
