Picked up jeep only for there to be an issue and had to turn right back to be fixed. I picked up jeep 8days later only to find another problem with the jeep; called carmax and they couldn’t get my jeep in turn right back to be fixed. Process was fast and they were fully staffed. They were helpful and focused on the customers. They provided most of my vehicles history. I bought my kia from them awhile back. But the car they sold me recently, is a 2017 civic coupe. needs some work and attention. Worn tires, needs all new rotors and brakes, shocks and struts, ac compressor, tpms sensors. The interior needed to be fully cleaned. When I test drove the vehicle, it seemed fine in the city. Once it hit the highway, the problems were noticeable. This will be $2500 in repairs. Although I had a 10 day return policy, some problems weren't noticeable till after. Luckily no codes have popped up so that's good. I do like the car, it's great on gas, comfortable, fun and great for commuting, so I'll be keeping it. I have all suvs and trucks, so this little civic is a change. This may be my last purchase from Carmex due to failure of catching these problems. More
