Overall, it was a positive experience. We had the vechile looked at by a mechanic after the purcase and found a few issues that should have been taken care of in the Car Max inspection. The driver's side door handle was cracked, both the air filter and cabin filter were dirty, and it was very low on radiator fluid. When I brought these issues up, Car Max was very good at fixing these without any charge. Tim was easy to work with, even getting me a Lyft ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealer while the car was fixed. Car is running great now. More

While I’m drafting this, he called to confirm that the process proceeded smoothly the previous evening. Nice. Trade-in: Jaime – Our vehicle couldn't be traded in until a week and a half after buying the Subaru. The original offer CarMax made on the vehicle stood up ten days later. Jaime has also been part of the staff for around a month. Again, an absolute pleasure. Although I did not spend nearly as much time with Jaime, he demonstrated strong expertise and clearly articulated each step of the process as we moved forward. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience. We want to give special thanks to Nick and Jaime! More
