I would rather buy a house than buy a car, but CarMax made the process much more pleasant. I like the idea of the price on the sticker being the price you pay, and I found the pricing on my car to be rig made the process much more pleasant. After a painstaking delay in the shipment of our vehicle to our local dealer, they went way above and beyond to see to it we were completely satisfied with the vehicle and expedited any and all paperwork. Christianson Bros. have my car and have to wait for you to approve the repair plan I took the car over to them last Wednesday and most the repairs. I am leaving on a trip on the Fist of March. I will drive to Seattle and meet with my sister. Then we fly to Miami and catch a cruise to the Panama Canal. I need my car. Please get with the repair shop and get it fixed. I have not even had it a month. I am rating this dealership low due to my time waiting for them to approve the repairs. I would not be so upset if they were actually doing the repair but they can't until you give the go ahead. More

The two sales people, Jon and Camden were great to work with. My only complaint with CarMax is their inflexibility and it almost cost them a sale.
