All the people at this dealership are looking forward to making a customer happy. Each and every part of the car buying process was explained to me in detail and Carmax does have some standards where they replace OEM parts with OEM without even asking. My tires were gone and replaced them with original factory stock tires. My car was having mineral deposits for which they offered detailing services. I crossed checked their inspection report with car service center and it checked out 100%. I will love to do business with them again for my next car. More
This place is in the middle of nowhere but it’s very nice and everyone is so amazingly friendly! Was there until late but everyone was happy for me and didn’t give me a hard time at all. I had a great experience with the sales staff, but unfortunately, I’ve continued to run into issues with the service department. Within a day of purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a strong burning sme unfortunately, I’ve continued to run into issues with the service department. Within a day of purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a strong burning smell—like rubber, plastic, or wiring—after driving it. In addition, the lane assist system felt unsafe, causing the car to sway back and forth rather than maintain a stable position in the lane. I was advised by CarMax corporate to bring the vehicle in immediately. When I took it to the service department, I was told they could inspect it in two days. At that time, I was also told the lane assist behavior was somewhat expected, even being compared to bouncing between lane lines like a game of Pong, though they agreed to take a closer look. The service team later told me the vehicle would need to be sent to a dealership due to a recall related to the lane assist system, which would delay things further. However, after about a week and a half, the dealership determined there was no recall. Instead, the issues were attributed to worn rear tires (which had reportedly passed CarMax’s inspection standards), alignment problems, and the need for recalibration. During this time, I was provided a loaner vehicle, but it lacked rear AC vents, which made it uncomfortable for my family in 90+ degree weather and added to the overall inconvenience. While I appreciated the professionalism of the sales team, the service experience has been frustrating and inconsistent so far. I’m hopeful for a smoother resolution moving forward. More

My first time buying a car from an actual dealer after buying from mom&pop dealers was amazing carmax matched me with the perfect car when I did not think I would qualify now I am in a brand new car yes i buying from mom&pop dealers was amazing carmax matched me with the perfect car when I did not think I would qualify now I am in a brand new car yes it’s used but the miles are less than 30,000 miles I am a happy and proud customer.
