We were met in the showroom and asked what we wanted to look at. We said SUVs and the sales consultant told us where those vehicles were and let us walk their lot alone. It was a no-pressure, friendly experience. Carmax has a no-haggle pricing policy for those like me who enjoy that. I also think they make a better trade-in offer than other dealerships I have had experience with. More
