On June 22 I purchased a 2023 Rav4 XLE Hybrid. The windshield had a crack in the field of vision of the driver. I was told they would order and replace the windshield the following week. When I arrived on June 29, the day they had scheduled the windshield replacement, I was told they filled the horrible crack and wouldn’t replace it. Unacceptable! I’m not spending $36,000 to receive a car with a cracked windshield, particularly after I had been guaranteed it would be replaced. After several minutes I finally asked to speak to the service manager. The two people I was speaking with went to speak with the manager, came back and said they would order and replace the windshield later this week. When I spoke with the service department this morning they told me they had no record of the windshield being replaced or ordered! I am now waiting to hear back from both service and sales to get this resolved. I am terribly upset and disappointed with CarMax! More

The salespersons don’t know a lot about the cars. Our salesperson was nice but not very personable. He also provided us information that was incorrect and cost us $80.
