I received my Tesla from CarMax. One week into having the car there was water filling up my trunk and the car smelt like someone died. It’s been two weeks and i still don’t have my Tesla back or a new one. The manager James is nice but nothing is being rushed or taken care of fast enough for a person who just bought a car. More

Tried to 45 min pick up. Car was not ready or cleaned. Rear seat was stained. Gave dealership the chane to clean the seat. The came back and said they could not clean it .
