The salesman digitally signed all of our paperwork for us WITHOUT asking or receiving our permission. Not only is this illegal, it makes CarMax and the salesman open to a lawsuit. The car ended up being over $1000 more then the "windshield" price after all was said and done. We recieved one fob/key with the car, now we have to pony up another $500 to have a dealer make us a "windshield" price after all was said and done.
