I like their no-pressure approach, and the pricing seems to be in line with the market value. Not having to haggle over the price makes the experience much simpler and less stressful. More

Honestly, I'm not impressed. The pros: I found a car I love, the cons: everything else. It felt like pulling teeth to get answers on anything. The sales team doesn't know anything about the mechanics of the vehicles- when I asked about the tire tread (which looked low) I was told that "their mechanics do a 30 point test which this passed", I asked about the brakes, same answer- general upkeep, same answer. When I took the car to my own mechanic after purchasing it, they let me know it was a great car but the brakes needed replacing due to rust, likely from sitting on the lot without being looked at, that the tires had 1mm on the tread and needed replacement asap, and the vehicle hadn't had its 30k mile checkup. I do not buy vehicles willy nilly, but I feel completely taken advantage of in this process. Sure there's the "return this for any reason within 10 days" policy, but it's more complicated than that- I actually like the car, I just don't think it's acceptable to sell something (at pretty much the top price for what these sell for) and have me need to turn around and spend another 3.6k on it within a month. ESPECIALLY when I asked about these specific issues and assured it was fine. Shame on you. More
