Showed up to a scheduled test drive to a car with a dead battery. Made a reservation 3 days ahead of time, confirmed reservation with their call center the day before, drove two hours to test drive the car battery. They claim they have to send it to the dealer to have the battery replaced and it would take around two hours. Expected us to sit there and wait for the car to come back. No Service I purchased a car in Nov 2018. The navigation SIM card did not work, it has been back twice still does not work. The car broke down two days age and n I purchased a car in Nov 2018. The navigation SIM card did not work, it has been back twice still does not work. The car broke down two days age and no one from service would answer the phone for two days. I finally drove to the dealership to schedule a tow/service call only to be told they were aware the calls were not getting thru. The only reason I give this dealership one star is the sales woman and service tech were polite and professional other than that the single worst consumer experience I have ever had. More
