Overall a good experience I sold my car to Carmax for a fair and reasonable price and the entire transaction was handled smoothly. I paid to have a car shipped to the location, I sold my car to Carmax for a fair and reasonable price and the entire transaction was handled smoothly. I paid to have a car shipped to the location, but ran into numerous problems, including some dishonesty by some of the sales staff. My complaints to the sales manager and to corporate customer service resulted in the problem being resolved. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. More
