Pretty easy process - I had to pay to have the car shipped to the dealership in Beaverton - Once it arrived they checked it over and I went for a test drive. Reimbursement for a manual seems to be going smoothly. But I'm upset that they won't reimburse me for a cargo cover. They said "cargo cover" was not listed as an included item in the ad for the car.
