Process was smooth. I had the car delivered test drove it the time allowed for this was too short. Got my car appraised and did not like offer so no trade in at the time I had the car delivered test drove it the time allowed for this was too short. Carmax is an easy way to buy a car without an hassle. I will say, I wish the checkout process was faster. We knew the car we wanted, but the transaction still took over 2 hours.
