Excellent service by Connor who was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The only issue we have is that one of the Bose speakers in the sound system was blown out, and more importantly there seems to b and knowledgeable. The only issue we have is that one of the Bose speakers in the sound system was blown out, and more importantly there seems to be a knocking sound coming from the suspension which we'll take up under the 90/4000 warranty. Overall good experience, and we plan to use CarMax when we replace our current vehicle. More
