Well I had to give them a 4 because the first car we chose had two issues. The first was something to do with the AC, so we left it there to get fixed a few days later they said the Van was ready to go. chose had two issues. Well, I drove it for 40 minutes and the check engine light came on, so we took it right back. They offered a few different options but we told them "Nope" you can have it back! Now my salesman Raheem and his partner Lynette were great they stayed late and tried to show us different options. We researched the Kia Sorent Hybrid and chose it and I love it. So, if you go ask for Raheem first and then Lynette. But if you get a lemon take it RIGHT BACK! More

My truck engine came on this first week and now my truck is still making a noise. The sales Rep was awesome and made my experience great, but I dont believe they did the 125 point check on the vehicle. Righ is still making a noise.
