From day one, everyone was very helpful. Low key, no pressure. They helped me get to a great car. I never want to go to a regular car dealer again Low key, no pressure. They helped me get to a great car. I never want to go to a regular car dealer again More
Selecting and test driving the two vehicles was good. The employee was also good in explaining the purchase details. However, the entire process took over 5 hours and that is with a reservation. Also, one of the cars we were going to purchase I saw a bulge on the sidewall front tire and they said they would fix it before I buy it. I told the employee that I was going on vacation and I won't be back for a week. He talked to his manager and said he would hold it for me. When I got back, it was already sold. More
I’m rating this a three star because I was able to find my dream car! However, Engy made the experience extremely unpleasant. First, she only acknowledged my husband despite me being the one purchasing my dream car! However, Engy made the experience extremely unpleasant. First, she only acknowledged my husband despite me being the one purchasing the car. When my husband and I first approached her, she was smiling and waving at him and extended her hand to shake his. But then stared blankly at me and I had to extend my hand to her to introduce myself. No worries, I get most sales people expect men so I brushed it off. We then told her I would be purchasing the car, but when asking questions about MY employment, MY income, and whether I pay for our house, she asked HIM each time, not me, even though I was sitting right there. I specifically remember her turning to my husband to ask, “Does SHE work? Does SHE pay for rent?, etc” Again, I was sitting right there! And I would answer the questions myself. Hubby was even annoyed and confused as to why she was ignoring me. Engy was also pushy when it came to selling the extra services like warranty. We already have a mechanic and we declined the extra service. She then asked us if it’s because we can’t afford it which kinda shocked me. We just said we weren’t interested and asked to move on. At this point, we could tell that she was getting frustrated and when signing the contract, which I wanted to read since I work in the legal field, she rudely told me to just sign it. She was rude and made the experience very uncomfortable. This was my first time experiencing sexism by another woman in the car industry. We live in 2026 and should be treating women with equal respect and not seeing them as an accessory to a man. More
