Buying a car from CarMax was very straight forward. All costs were upfront with no add on surprises. I'm giving 4 stars because I had taken the vehicle out twice for a test drive. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had in over 30 years. Filled out most of the paperwork online, so I just signed the paperwork on pick up. Absolute lack of communication even from the higher up management level. I would t recommend it. The manager got very aggressive and acted like I was the issue. I really appreciated this dealership, although the process was slow, I did appreciate the 24 hour test drive and that I knew I had financing pre-approved before I went in.
