I traded in my Mazda Miata and they told me it had frame damage. It didn't because it has a uni body. The whole car is the frame. It wouldn't be drivable if the "Frame" was bent. want to buy from them even though I don't need another car!! We didn't purchase from CarMax only because we wanted a very specific vehicle but we had a phenomenal experience with them. Not pushy at all and they did everything they could to help us find the right vehicle. They even tried to help limit the expense and headache of shipping a car from another store out of state which is a great option. We also really appreciated that all of the prices were in the windows of the vehicles which is not something that is common practice anymore. We visited in the middle of a snowstorm and our salesperson took the time to go out and locate the cars on his own, sweep the snow off and bring the car next to the building all warmed up so we didn't have to be out in the cold. When they didn't have the exact car we wanted he took the time to show us the cars with the options we were looking for so that we could consider them just to be certain it was what we wanted, even though he knew we weren't going to be purchasing from them.
