This is the second time we have purchased a car from CarMax. The last time we bought from them was nearly 10 years ago, which was the last time we need to buy a car. My experience was mixed. There were 3 due to sickness and one going out of town. A vehicle found out of town. For a honda pilot this was almost a deal breaker because the keys are linked to a specific driver number. More

I had a car shipped and paid a shipping fee. .. In the shipping one of the rims was damaged and scratched up... Their solution was to try and cover it up with what looks like a sharpie. Also the .. Also the key lockbox that they had hanging off of the driver window scratched up the driver door... Again their fix looks like sharpie... If I didn't want the car then I would lose the shipping fees that I paid which I think is total xx... I definitely wouldn't buy a car from them again More

I reserved it it arrived in Loveland in good time. I test drive it and decided to buy it. Sarah helped me with all the details and purchase process.
