I took my truck in for a coolant repair and was left hanging for a week while it was explained to me that they had a communication issue between their own warranty department and themselves. I had to call back a week later and remind them that I needed an appointment to get fixed. They had no clue, and after looking it up on their Information System, the best they could do after their delay was an appointment three weeks away. I explained that I was a disabled veteran and had trouble keeping the radiator full, and I requested information on a rental, but I still had no feedback. I hope you do not treat other veterans in this disgraceful manner. More

After hearing my story about my car I traded in due to engine failure, he took my needs and desires for my next car into consideration and found me a car that I fell in love with. He also assisted us getting the best car that fit our budget and needs. My husband will need a car soon and we will be back to work with AJ again. I won't be working with anyone else but AJ he was absolutely amazing, professional, and compassionate! More
