A few months after purchasing a Volvo XC90, I found myself 50 miles from home with a tire issue, only to discover that CarMax failed to provide the essential wheel lock key when I purchased the car. This critical part is required to even remove the wheel. This oversight isn't an isolated incident. Shortly after my purchase, I was forced to return to the dealership because of errors they made with the transaction paperwork. It's clear that CarMax has a pattern of overlooking important details causing serious inconvenience. When you buy a car, especially from a reputable dealer, you expect them to ensure the vehicle is fully equipped and that all documentation is accurate. CarMax has failed on both counts, demonstrating a significant lack of quality control and attention to detail. This has not only caused immense frustration but has also created a safety concern by leaving me unable to address a basic tire issue. More
