The customer service here is unmatched compared to other dealerships. They right their wrongs, and make sure you're taken care of. Ill be using these guys when my own kids need a vehicle. Everyone was really nice, that I likes most about carmax was that they weren’t commission based, so they weren’t talking over my shoulder trying to get me to buy a car. The only complaint I had with them was having to provide documents that I already submitted online, which that could totally be a company policy to double check idk, but the point of an appointment was to save time and I wasn’t able to because I had to re-provide documents. I had a great experience with CarMax except for the phone system. I ordered a 2021 Ram 1500 limited that was listed as being in Oklahoma City. The shipping was free. That was a surprise! I actually took my 185,00 2019 Ram 1500 lLonester to see what they would pay for it. We discovered they already had the 2021 in. The pickup was clean on the inside. Over time I discovered a few problem like worn out tires and lights not functioning properly. The fixed it under 90 day, 4000 mile warranty! Except for the phone system everything was done pleasantly and efficiently. I have already told my friends. I finally found a phone number that might bypass the home phone system and connect me directly to the service department. I wonder how many sales the phone system has cost CarMax? More
