Major RIP Off I am so fed up Carhop it is about the worst dealer in the industry. They have junk cars everyone has either mechanical issues or aesthetic issues. W I am so fed up Carhop it is about the worst dealer in the industry. They have junk cars everyone has either mechanical issues or aesthetic issues. We have so far been put in a situation where we bought 3 vehicles from them and all 3 had issues. The last one a 2007 Trailblazer (which we found on another lot for $3500) we are financed at $12,000 through these xxxxxxxxx. The 4 wheel drive has never worked properly and the warranty really covers nothing. The Tahoe we had was really great except front end and rough interior. But again we were being charged charged 5 times the market value. We now have the trailblazer still and wanted to trade it off on something else and were told we can't until the balance is down to $3000 which means we are stuck with a piece of crap over expensive vehicle for at least 2 more years? Really even though we have been great customers paid on time and never late..Do your research we also have been dealing with Berkenkotter Motors and they are so much more honest and they will deal with customers like they are family! Carhop is a major mistake you will regret it there are other dealers that work with low credit scores no credit score and won't rob you. Maybe we wouldn't be so mad if they had fixed the 4 wheel drive system because it was a problem from the day we drove off the lot. Of course no one at the dealership remembers that. And personally I know there are better lots out there do not buy a piece of junk from these people. Hand selected cars my behind. More
