I didn’t expect to find such a great selection of trucks in one place. After weeks of searching, I landed here and ended up driving off the lot with a beautiful Ram 1500. Very shady, misleading, and unprofessional. DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOW INTERNET PRICES!! THEY USE THAT TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND THEN ADD OVER $10,000 in add ons I called about a Ram truck t DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOW INTERNET PRICES!! THEY USE THAT TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND THEN ADD OVER $10,000 in add ons I called about a Ram truck that was listed online for $37,000. I specifically asked the sales rep what additional fees are included besides sales tax and tags and Ana told me “the only additional fee is a $1500 dealer fee” I drove 2 and a half hours to look at this truck. It was covered in dings dents and scratches. As were most of the trucks on their lot. When I asked about the powertrain warranty Ana told me that this truck was from Canada and the warranty did not transfer.. this was a 3 year old truck with 36,000 miles so it should have still had a while left on the warranty. Once we went inside to talk numbers they brought out a sheet that totaled $49,000. Perma plate $2500 Doc fee $1500 Reconditioning fee $1500 “Non tax” fees $2500 As I am questioning these fees and explaining that I have never paid these fees before and never will, I was told I was being rude! Lmao Kyle Blank the sales manager was dressed in jeans and a t shirt lmao I told him that I would only pay $39,000 out the door and he basically kicked us out. Such a waste of time, just avoid this dealership unless you like paying for xxxxxxxx fees. More
