They absolutely wasted my time. I went to look at an F-150 for 21K. Listed online, it says that the pricing was for dealership financing, which was fine. I asked about fees before d I went to look at an F-150 for 21K. Listed online, it says that the pricing was for dealership financing, which was fine. I asked about fees before driving over an hour to see the car, and they told me that it was only a $1495 dealership fee. We asked about reconditioning. After prying, they said that there would be $1000 recon fee, but that it was negotiable. Only after running my credit 2-3 times, did they tell me that they couldn’t make the payment within my budget, which did not make sense at all. When they showed me the numbers, they wanted me to finance $25K for the car AFTER a $2500 down payment! They added $1700 in “non-tax fees”. When I asked what that was, he said that it was tag transfer, electronic filing fee, and other fees that are not subject to tax. When I said that didn’t make any sense, they would not show a further breakdown of the fees, started arguing with me about the value of the vehicle, and when that didn’t work, told us “Good Bye”. More

My husband and I bought a 2016 KIA Optima Beautiful car with all the bells and whistles Benny was our salesman and he was GREAT.
