Service Dept was very slow to get back to me, Very little communication, I had the car back 2 days and the check engine light came back on, Yes they fixed the overheating problem. Everytime I start my car it communication, I had the car back 2 days and the check engine light came back on, Yes they fixed the overheating problem. Everytime I start my car it take several times for it to turn over. So no my problem is not fixed. My only other problem is you cannot speak to anyone in the service dept who is actually working on you car. Had my car for 1 week, kept saying they were waiting on parts. It was a very frustrating experience. The people I did speak with were polite. More
The person at the counter was great and explained everything very well. I was worried when they scheduled the appointment at 3 and said that they worked until 5. Andrew was the best service advisor I’ve had in my whole life that man went above and beyond to make my experiencing my nissan one of the best encounters with a automotive dealership. That man deserves a raise from greeting me with a smile soon as I walked into the door. The tech I believe Jordan was his name from what Andrew told me he got my car done in a quick timely fashion completing a complimentary inspection of my vehicle filling my tires with air and even topping of my washer fluid.
