All they care about is making a sale, and when they sold me my car they couldn’t even put a new battery in the key. I only found out when I went to lock the door for the first time and surprise, it didn’t w me my car they couldn’t even put a new battery in the key. Also if you want to get anywhere with their warranty they offer you have to call them repeatedly to schedule anything. IF you can get a hold of anyone. More

Very unhappy with service, never get return calls is just the start of my complaint. You cannot talk to anyone in the service dept who is actually working on you car, you only can talk to the call center. N the start of my complaint. I feel like I was sold a "lemon". My car has been in your Hazelton service dept 3x in the last 1 year 1/2. Never used my warranty for anything and never explained the warranty that was sold to me did not offer anything. Honestly since the warranty does nothing to help me out I will never ever bring my car back to Car Vision ever again. I also asked for a loner because every time my car was in the shop it took almost 2 weeks to get my car back I had to lose time off from work. More
