During her ordeal, the service manager comes out with two nasty air filters-engine an My wife took our 2013 Sonata in for three or four recalls today. During her ordeal, the service manager comes out with two nasty air filters-engine and cabin-and ask if she would like to replace them, and that she would get better gas mileage. I was in the auto/truck repair business for 45 yrs, so she calls me. I tell her to take a pass on the new filters, as I had checked/replaced before, and regularly do so. So, after she tells the guy that I take care of that type of thing, he makes a face, and tossed the ones he showed her in a corner/box somewhere. She calls. I say make them put the filters back in the car. After she asked them to do that, she said they looked kinda startled. Our filters were never removed/looked at. Imagine that. We won’t go back. Good cars. No sense in anything like this. Car came from there, but bought in Abilene. I went to San Angelo looking for this car when we wanted to buy. They claimed to not have it. So, went to Abilene, and the dealer said he could get one like we wanted at San Angelo. Go figure. Won’t go back. More

New car, awesome experience! I just bought a new Hyundai Elantra, and this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I was intimidated by the process at first, but as soon as I just bought a new Hyundai Elantra, and this was my first time purchasing a car on my own.
