2016 Tucson Had done research on the compact utility vehicles and had more or less made up my mind on the 2016 Tucson. Salesman was professional and courteous. Having stated what I was interested in, he immediately setup a test drive. That went well enough that I wanted my wife to get a chance to check it out. After a quick loaner agreement, was allowed to test drive my wife to lunch. We decided to move forward with the purchase. Negotiations on the vehicle price were fair and non-confrontational. We settled on a price and discussed all the additional costs (ttl, etc.) that add up to the financed amount. I offered a sizable down payment and their financing was competitive with the independently pre-approved financing I had come with. A final negotiation brought the total loan cost below my independent financing and we signed the papers. I came prepared and I think they appreciated that. It made the process a lot smoother and never uncomfortable. More
