I bought a 2010 Equinox from this dealer 1 year ago. Should have gone elsewhere after it took them a month to "fix everything that was wrong ". Got a local mechanic to run a scan on it with the results indicating it was the catalytic converter. So after talking to Eugene about this problem and not getting anywhere, purchased a new converter. As my mechanic was installing it, he noticed that the exhaust manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced. Now it's a year later and I took my vehicle to get a state inspection done. My mechanic now tells me that it looks like the frame near the rear wheel had been previously repaired. It is cracked and now my car won't pass inspection. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Take the advice of the reviewers here and save yourself a lot of anguish and money! More

I now moved here i Virginia and when they call me for my new address to send me $125 for the tail light ticket, $98 for the tail light and $60 for the brakes and $25 for the labor then I will change my review oh and Tebo financial dropped them because they were selling cars that would break down and then people wouldn’t pay on them and they had to repo the broke down cars... More

YOU NEED TO KNOW If you purchase a vehicle from Car Solutions in Hermitage or New Castle you will be required to sign off on a stack of routine papers for the purpose If you purchase a vehicle from Car Solutions in Hermitage or New Castle you will be required to sign off on a stack of routine papers for the purpose of securing a loan and verifying your information. They will slip a form into that packet. Regardless of what they tell you about a 30-90 Day Verbal Warranty they will have you sign a “NO WARRANTY CLAUSE.” They will tell you they are taking the vehicle to their “mechanic” in New Castle which is basically a shop that does detail work but they assure you it is to fix anything and everything that might be wrong with it. The car salesman in Hermitage, Anthony, will walk around with his bible and will pretend to complain that the mechanic fixes everything as standard practice and it costs them a fortune. They will talk about how your safety is their concern however they are not required to even fix safety recalls on the vehicle. They are not required to get the vehicle inspected and will not reimburse you for anything, including the Emissions Test. The reality is that they are required to do NOTHING after you have signed that paper and they know that. The law is NOT on your side. The vehicle does not have to be in good operating repair when you receive it however their goal is to convince you that it has been fixed so you tell the bank it’s all good and the loan goes through. Once that happens, you are on your own because they no longer interested in you. The Magistrate in Hermitage chooses to honor this warranty and allows them to continue this type of business so save your money with the court system. Unfortunately you’re stuck with what you have but be sure to contact your loaning institution and tell them what happened. Perhaps if they cannot get loans for their customers, less people will fall into the scam. Secondly contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against the dealership, the mechanic who is claiming to fix it and the “secret” person who puts the sticker on your vehicle but no one knows his name. It’s all a scam. Beware. More

Beware...Total scam artists. Took nearly a month to get my jeep as they said it wasn't starting. Their mechanic in New Castle was taking care of it. On the last day that the bank would hold the loan before dropping it because it was taking so long to fix, the jeep was suddenly fixed. Every light on the dash was on and Anthony said it was a bad sensor... Nothing more. Their mechanic put a clean sticker on it however he scraped off the omission sticker we just paid to have put on. I drove it less than 90 days and after being stranded twice I was told by a REAL dealership that the head gaskets were cracked and it happened some time ago. It will cost $3000 to fix. Eugene avoided us and Anthony tried saying it's no longer under warranty! If we get it to New Castle they will take a look. Mean while I have no vehicle! We are without a doubt going to court. Total scam. More

Found the car I've been looking for at this dealership. Went to test drive the car and Tony was my salesman. Went back to the lot to try and get approved for a loan, after he 'worked so hard' he got me approved from a small finance company in that area. I went back a couple of days later to pick up my car and the second I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and the transmission started to slip. Called Tony immediately and he said Eugene would call me back. After weeks of them dodging my calls I drove up there to confront these people myself. Eugene was not in and after a verbal argument with Tony I left, as I was leaving one of their employees told me to get a lawyer. WOW! Eugene said he would pay half for a new tranny. I declined and got a lawyer. This place is a junkyard for cars an Eugene and Tony are the most disgusting excuses for humans. I've neve had so much anger towards someone in my life, Eugene makes me sick. STAY AWAY FROM CAR SOLUTIONS!!!! More

Stay far away from this place. Tony is the most crooked, unprofessional man there is. I was going to purchase a vehicle from this place. Tony blocked my number after I spoke with him twice about this. I had to call from different numbers to question why I hadn't gotten my money back. Two months later I still have yet to get my down payment back from them. STAY FAR AWAY. I don't want anyone else to have to go through such a horrible experience. More
