Gave a deposit on a vehicle on April 1 by Zelle, the sales person Moe was out for 2 weeks. I’ve called no less than 9 times to have someone either sell me the car or have my deposit refunded. Well after sales person Moe was out for 2 weeks. I’ve called no less than 9 times to have someone either sell me the car or have my deposit refunded. Well after 15 days I bought a car somewhere else. I’ve called the last three days I’ve called 3 times a day and it’s always “we’ll have someone call you back” Come on man… return my money! More

Very poor customer service. You call them after paying for a car, they’re not available to take your call. Spike your down payment, even though your credit isn’t poor. They were nice I spoke to multiple people, the kindly collected all my info, confirmed and double checked my appointment to check out the car, made sure I was prepared and prequalified... Knowing the whole time they had already gotten rid of the car I wanted, and were ready to let me drive the two hours to their dealership, knowing this and not having anything else like it. This dealership took a deposit from me and had it for a month and then started dodging my calls. They were going to sell me a car with a broken convertible top until I discovered it did not work. The car was never repaired as promised and they were not communicating with me. I got tired of waiting and I requested a refund. I had to ask for my refund twice before it was received.
