Made an appointment with Annette to see a Truck, that I first called to make sure was on the lot. She even told me to ask for Victor. Called a couple times to talk to him and left a message, did not return with a call or email. Genaro who originally spoke with us on the lot when we went to look at the truck, told us he would personally contact us when the truck was out of the shop so we could see it. I gave him my number and he sent me a text on the spot but he also ignored the follow up texts I sent asking if the truck was on the lot yet. So I am not sure if the truck even existed or was it a ploy to just get people on the lot to up sell?! I would not deal with these individuals if at all possible-no follow through and that to me makes me question character! I give them a 1 out of 5 star rating because they talked to me on the lot! More

These people are complete scam artists. They advertise the cars at one price and a sell at different prices. I was charged for a tracking system which I did not request or want. Dealership boasts how they can finance anyone and how there prices are competitive when in reality, they are overpriced and advertise one price (low) and at the time of purchase, hit you with additional there prices are competitive when in reality, they are overpriced and advertise one price (low) and at the time of purchase, hit you with additional fees called “accessories”, that of which are not standard with the car but third party installed trackers or ‘theft’ Deterrence at a rate of $3,500… plus they wlll automatically include $1300 for gap insurance which you can obtain from your insurance company for about $10/month, and they try to slide it in hoping you’d miss it. So their Advertised price is about $5000 cheaper then what they will insist on charging you at the dealership. And if you’re not willing to pay the additional price Gouge, they bombard you with poor examples of how you can’t go to the store and buy a shirt but ask them To take off the buttons to reduce the cost. Idiots! More
