Soon afterwards it rained and water poured in shorting the radio. We even found out the vehicle was wrecked and they said it was not My wife has called on numerous occasions complaining and Car Country blew her off, now they say its out of warranty. She has complained to the finance company which is also owned by you guys and account manager Emily said there is nothing they can do as they are a different business but owned by the same LLC. My wife is paying 440 dollars a month for a vehicle that pours water in when it rains or goes through a car wash and constantly soaks and smells, there is no radio. This is ridiculous, Their sales staff sold her this vehicle and knew about the problem and refused to fix it. Don't go there, they sale ran down vehicles for outrageous pricing and refuse to talk to you if you have a complaint. More
