I worked with Jeremy at a previous place of employment, so when I went to purchase a used car, I already knew that he was going to give me an excellent car buying experience. My Audi A6 had one minor issue so when I went to purchase a used car, I already knew that he was going to give me an excellent car buying experience. My Audi A6 had one minor issue at purchase (a door lock actuator) and he had it fixed within a week of purchase. Otherwise the entire process was smooth and painless. I will DEFINITELY be buying my next vehicle from them as well. More

In January 2021, I bought a 2017 Prius from this dealership. During the test drive, I saw three warnings saying the forward camera, lane departure alert and pre-collision systems were unavailable. The salesman said the censor was probably iced over...it was a wintry day. Five days later was the earliest appointment I could get with my local Toyota dealer to check out the car. I was told the camera had been replaced with a $15 Toyota decal, most likely during repairs for a front-end collision. They estimated repair would cost $1,423. The Car City salesman earlier told me he had driven the car when he picked it up from wherever it was purchased, so he had to have seen the same warnings I saw but he lied about it. I immediately took the Prius back to Car City Wholesale to cancel the purchase but they wouldn't let me do it. Instead, they replaced the camera. Also, I was unhappy that the car didn't have heated seats, which were described on the sticker on the back window. The salesman heard me exclaiming how much I liked heated seats. Later the manager explained that the sticker on used cars doesn't list the features included in that particular vehicle. Instead, it is the entire universe of options that may or may not be available on the car. In case that is true, I hope others can learn from my mistake. I love my Prius but feel compelled to warn Kansas City buyers of this dealer's dishonesty. More
